How can I change the columns when I do the integration of Jira to Teams?

In Jira Cloud tab, I want to remove Assignee and Reporter column, and add a custom field, like "hostname". Is this possible? How can I do this?

Could you help us better understand what you’re looking to accomplish? Maybe a screenshot of what you see today and what you would like to see would help. Example I’m not quite sure what you mean by “Jira cloud tab“.
