How can I change appearance of subtask and task?

Hi.

I make task and sub task after I create ticket.

Appearance of Sub task and Task are not different so sometimes I mistake sub task and task.

Is it possible to change appearance of subtask and task?

Hi Haruna,

If by changing appearance you mean the subtask avatar/icon/logo then yes you can do it by:

1. Select > Issues.

2. Click Issue types.

3. Find the Sub-task issue type and click Edit.

4. Edit the avatar by clicking on select image (under Issue Type Avatar), and click Update.

Yes, this is possible. You are able to edit the name, description and avatar of your sub-task issue type.

To do this:

1. Select the gear icon on the top right corner of your Jira instance > Issues.
2. Click Sub-tasks.
3. Find the relevant sub-task issue type and click Edit.
4. Edit the name, description, and avatar as needed and click Update.
