How can I bring due date under the field "Begin counting time when" in SLA configuration?

Naveen Reddy

In my configuration I am unable to find the Due Date field as mentioned in the confluence article https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/example-creating-an-sla-based-on-due-date-956713305.html

Here my intention is to display the SLA based on due date.

Hi @Naveen Reddy

You can try SLA Time and Report to resolve this request. This add-on has the function for selecting any issue field as start and stop conditions for SLA, including the due date.2020-09-25_23-03-42.jpg

@Naveen Reddy - hi Naveen!

Unfortuntely SLAs in Jira Service Desk Cloud can't be configured that way without purchasing an add-on. The Confluence article you found is for JSD Server (including Data Center), not Jira Service Desk Cloud.
