My clients at some point need to validate what action was carried out with a request from other clients, however, they only have access to the help center portal of my project, when consulting the requests they only see those that have been generated by themselves. Even if I have an administrator role, I only see the requests that I have made. If this is not possible, what alternative do I have so that they can see the requests, without being able to modify them.

Customer can see tickets in 3 conditions
That is correct, I just want to add that you could set up automation to share tickets.
