How can I add image icon in intrument bar in Description field like Insert Photos?

Welcome to the community.

This is not possible.

You can paste an image in the description field, but this will be automatically set as an attachment.

If they were send as inline images, you wouldn't be able to forward them to any other internal project, or use smart values and other things.

There isn't any workaround to my knowledge.

Actually, my goal is to send full information (including attachement) to an external ITSM using JIRA Automation feature. The automation process send e-mail to external ITSM but no chance to attached screenshots?
