Hello everyone — I’m exploring ways to use Jira, Confluence, and roadmaps to keep planning structured but also leave room for creative ideas. For example, feature planning often needs strict dates and priorities, yet teams also need flexibility for experiments, user stories that emerge, and creative improvements.
Which practices, settings, or features in Atlassian tools have you found useful to achieve both structure and creativity? Examples I’m interested in: using roadmaps for discovery, lightweight templates for idea capture, workflow patterns that allow experimentation without blocking delivery, or integrations that help surface creative suggestions. Any real-world tips or screenshots (no HTML, please) would be appreciated.
For related creative inspiration (non-technical), I also collect ideas about making everyday interactions more meaningful: birthday wishes for friends
