We have the configuration of using suggested articles from Confluence on our portal request forms. How does AI decide which articles are shown first? Is it based off of title, body content, or labels first? Is there a way to collapse the suggested articles while filling out the form?
There is a description of how the rankings work on the Atlassian blog but since it's not searchable you have to go page by page to find the post.
Labels take precedence over content, and once you have more than three labels to different pieces of content I haven't seen any explanation on how AI ranks the content when displaying the top three in the view.
Beyond labels, in the past keyword rank in a title is weighted higher, something like double, vs being in the content. I haven't tested this in more than a year on cloud.
Thank you for the help! Do you have a link to the post that has the description on it?

Unfortunately the blog is not setup like that. Here's some music instead 😆
