When our customers create a work item in the Help Center and we close it, they receive an evaluation function via email. How can this be disabled?

You may go to your Space Settings, and then navigate to Request Management > Customer Satisfaction. From there, you can disable the "Collect CSAT feedback" option.

Hi @Antonia , Have you checked your project settings? Go to Project settings > Request Management > Customer satisfaction and toggle the "Collect satisfaction (CSAT) feedback" switch to OFF.
