If I frequently get an email request from a customer for a set of repeated work. How can I set automation for Assignee?
Example: "example@jira.com" raise a request by email for some time period for a set of work.
I know this email ID is from this person who needs to be assigned to "Suganya"
Please let me know how to set an automation on assignee using "Email ID" from the Email requested.

You can do that with with a rule like this.
Based on the email address associated with the Reporter field, set the Assignee field.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
