Ho to male automation work, when it shows lock and text: internal in a comment in the task?

I 've created same automations talking about the same but saying that there should be different choice in the specific field. We should get tickets cloned and linked to the main task. It works for some cases and for some, the clone is created but not linked to any ticket. In the main ticket we see comment from the Jira automation talking about the task (that was not linked) and we see a LOCK image and a text: Internal note in the image.

What does it mean? how can I fix the automation?

The audic log says that I might need some permissions.

The log is usually right and I would suggest you start your troubleshooting by taking a look that the message.

• The workflow of the project(s)
  • Including any conditions or validators for certain transitions
• The details of the automations
• The error message that is shown
