Is it possible to highlight/bold the issue key when the status of the ticket is changed.
For example:
ABCD-0001 status waiting for customer has changed in waiting for support. ABCD-0001 is set bold ABCD-0001.
Continuing working in status waiting for support key ABCD-0001 should deactivating the bold setting.
Hi @Bas Bourgonje , although I do understand your requirement and I don't think it's possible from a technical viewpoint, why would you want do to this when you can create a queue or dashboard filter for "To Do" tickets?

It's for exploring possibilities for our servicedesk and there wishes in addition to the existing possibilities such as dashboard and filters.
