Highlight Form Field if YES is answered

Hello everyone - 

I am trying to update one of our Forms we have that staff are required to fill out in certain situations.

Is there a way I can set it, so when they submit the form if they answered YES to any of the questions it highlights it and makes it stand out?

Example below - [If yes, then highlight (or similar)]

Do you want to see this change in JSM agent side UI or in portal for the customer?

Probably you can do that with apps like ScriptRunner but not suggested cause I do think the effort, gives you much value for this use case.

Unfortunately, this use case is currently not possible inside Jira Cloud with ScriptRunner as behaviours in Jira Cloud do not support JSM due to Atlassian not yet supporting this in the UI modifications API, which behaviours use.
