Hide Status Names

I have a form that employees will fill out, then based on the information they submit the status will be changed, i need to hide the name of the status from the reporter, or person who filled out the form, how do I do this?

Hi @David Lloyd ,

to hide or change status names in JSM from the customer portal, you can rename the workflow status to appear as something else to the customer:
