Hi. I need to hide the customer portal from people outiside my organization. I open the customer portal in an anonymous tab and create a account with an personal e-mail for testing and i was able to acess all customer services portals of my company.

Hi @Guilherme Teodoro

First of all I would not allow customers to create their own accounts:

  • Go to cog > products
  • Click on Customer Access
  • And on portal access select "Don't allow customers to create their own accounts"

And then on every JSM project I would only allow customers added by admins or agents:

  • Go to project > project settings
  • Click on Customer Permission
  • Select "Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins"

Hope that helps

Alex

Hello @Guilherme Teodoro ,

I think this documentation will be helpful.

Main thing to check is that your customer permissions are not set to open for each of your service projects.

Hope this helps
