When I enter Insight, I get the following message and it stays like this, following the instructions I can't find how to enter, since the options don't seem to appear.
Te recomiendo que te pongas en contacto con el soporte de Atlassian. Y vas a tener que comprarte la licencia de JSM premium si queres seguir usando insight.

Insight viene incluido con jsm y me imagino que ustedes lo tenian instalado desde antes. Porque yo tengo jsm premium y insight no aparece como facturado.
Recomiendo que te pongas en contacto con el grupo de soporte.
