Help with Custom Fields

Hello all! I am trying to create a Jira Automation where once a request is completed on one project, it instantly creates a new issue on another project. I am trying to transfer over the information from both projects but am running into issues with the custom fields. For some reason, I can never get the fields to transfer over to the new project correctly. Can someone help me with this?

A Screenshot of your rule would help. Do you want to synchronize the issues or do you only want the data to be transferred to the other one?

Can you post your rule here? Show the details of the create issue please. 

Oftentimes it's because your are not copying the value for the custom field from the Trigger Issue.
