Hello, I keep getting a pop up in a JSM project that asks to tailor my experience. I decline/close the modal every time, but it shows up whenever I open a new window within that project. Any ideas on how to disable this permanently?

This is one of Atlassian's in-product onboarding/feedback modals, I'd raise a support ticket. A modal that won't stay dismissed is a legitimate bug, and Atlassian support can check whether there's a known issue with the dismiss flag not persisting in your instance.
Thank you for the answers! Unfortunately, Jira is being dumb and cannot find my Cloud URL. Stuck and unsure what to do now :)

These modals usually keep reappearing because the browser is failing to save the "dismissed" state.
Try testing in an incognito window, a different browser, or temporarily disabling ad-blockers to rule out blocked cookies or local storage.
If the pop-up persists or other team members see it, it's probably a backend bug. Contact Atlassian Support to investigate.

Try this one and if you receive pop-up for URL skip it with "Need more help"
