Help remove a topic cant reach the help center

I created a new topic for the helpdesk and I cant delete it now! 

The support https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-and-manage-topics-in-your-help-center/?utm_source=chatgpt.com tell me to reach help center but I cant! where is it? the proccess on the support doesnt make sense!

This is the community forum and we are all users (as yourself) we can not help you do things in your installation.

Help center is part of your Jira Service managment installation where you can group several types of help documents under different topics to make it easier to navigate,

So, two things,

1. Do you have the sufficient permissions to add and create topics?
2. The new navigtion might still be rolling out so the navigation might look different What is the new navigation in Jira Service Management? | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support
3. Do you have a site administrator in your organiization that can guide you?
