Hi everyone,
I'm hoping to get some help with my Atlassian Cloud site: https://nbryo-team.atlassian.net/.
Recently, I was running an integration cleanup on the site for one of our projects. Immediately after doing this, the site became unavailable, and I started getting the message: "Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable."
Now, when trying to view an issue, I receive this specific error code: 1.423733.0-9f2f2fe01e7471.
I suspect the integration cleanup might have accidentally affected the site itself. Since my team is on a Free plan, I am unable to raise a direct support ticket. Could an Atlassian team member please look into the backend logs using this referral number to help restore my access?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
Good news: this was almost certainly not your integration cleanup. Your post lines up exactly with the Atlassian incident on 27 August, where Jira, JSM, and Confluence were unreachable in some regions. That has since been resolved, and you can see it at https://status.atlassian.com
The timing just made it look like cause and effect. Site unavailable messages during an incident are platform-side, and no cleanup you run in a project can take down the whole site.
Please try your site again. If it is still down for you, that would point to something separate, and on Free you can still use the community or the general contact form at https://support.atlassian.com
Is it back for you now?
Cheers,
Martin
Thanks Martin,
I am relieved it was not my integration work. And yes, the service is back.
Cheers,
Agnes
