I'm currently trying to set up an automation in JIRA Service Management and have encountered some issues. I selected a template that I thought would fit my use case, but it's not working as expected and is giving me errors.
Here's what I'm trying to achieve: I want the automation to transition the status of an issue based on who posts a comment. Specifically, if a comment is posted by our team, the issue status should transition to "Waiting for Customer." Conversely, if the comment is posted by a customer, the status should change to "Waiting for Support."
I would really appreciate any guidance or advice on how to set this up correctly. If there are specific settings or conditions I need to configure, please let me know.
