Hello,
I have set up the customer portal at our company and when I now want to open a ticket via the Help Center, it says “IT Service Management” at the top of the breadcrumb. Is there any way to hide the link there? Because our customers should only have access to the Help Center.
Hi @Antonia
This name is the name of your JSM project.
The help Center can have multiple projects, if there are multiple JSM projects.
You can't just have Help Center mentioned
Hi @Marc - Devoteam, thank you again! But do you know where I can edit this site:
So, when I click on the name of my JSM Project, I land here. How can I empty this site?

Hi @Antonia
You can't this is you JSM project.
The Help Center is a collection. If you have multiple JSM projects, thy will show as tiles on the Help Center.
Selecting a tile will show the request option in that JSM project, based on access of course.
There is no option to change this.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam, I may have expressed myself somewhat incorrectly. I meant the categories under “Learn more about”. These can be edited in the knowledgebase under “Categories”
So I found it, thanks!
