Hello, is it possible for me to create an automation, showing the time the ticket was opened?
I agreed with @Jack Brickey
Otherwise, the information when a ticket is created is already there "Created:" field under the Dates section when you viewing the ticket in the project UI (example)
In the Portal UI, you can find the information by scrolling down to the "Details" section. (example) - Note the images in my reply are from two different tickets.
Hope this helps.

Actually, I would like to perform an automation commenting the date of the ticket created
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I am still not clear on what you want to do? Can you provide further clarifications?
Best, Joseph

if you want to calculate the number of days a ticket was open you could create a custom field and use automation to calculate the difference between created date and resolved date. is that your goal?

Welcome to community.
What do you mean by opened? If you mean the creation date, it is set by default.

In customer portal, you can see the issue creation date. If you additionally would like to add a comment, add an automation.
