Is possible in Jira Service Management?

Or only can be create by email?

Hi,

There's a well documented API available at https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/intro/
Looking at request creation it can be found under https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-request/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-request-post
