I was invited to an organization / project that I have no affiliation with.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of accepting because I was expecting an invite
from a client.

I can not find any way to remove/delete this association or the projects in question.

Help!

TIA

Hi David,

Send an email to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse with the name of the domain. They will help you out.

Hi @davidbarajas

Sorry for the inconvenience.  It seems that someone used the site 3n2pql1x.atlassian.net to send invitation spam to a number of users.  This site has already been deactivated on July 27th for abuse of our terms of service.  I am afraid that our https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse email address will not reply to each report it receives, but please feel free to forward any email you received that you are not expecting from Atlassian to that address.

These to help raise awareness in our abuse team so that they can take down these offending sites sooner.

Thanks for reporting this site.

Hi @davidbarajas ,

Welcome to the community !!

Currently it is not possible for a user that is not a Jira admin/project admin to remove themselves entirely from a project (such as unassigning all issues currently assigned to a single user, and removing a single user from notification schemes, and removing that user as a project lead/component lead/etc).
Please contact a Jira administrator in the site (if you know them) in order to remove your account from a particular project.

Already there is a suggestion ticket to implement this feature: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75105
