Have a second portal for one subscription

Hi,

We have a Jira Premium subscription and We have a public Portal with two projects.

We would like to create a second private portal for another Project.

Can we ? and how ?

Hi @Mouhcine Ouaziz ,

A extra separate portal is not how Jira (JSM) is designed.

You could add a new project (JSM) with it's own portal and limit the customers/customer access to that portal.

By doing that the portal will not show up on the help center for anyone without access to the project (as a customer).

If however they are a customer with access it will just show up in the list on the regular help center url.

Is this enough or is there some more layers of "privacy" that is required?
