Recently our JSM layout changed and it's hard for me to read the ticket #'s since they added the "white" background behind them.
I use "dark mode" and have been unable to find where and how to set it back to the way it was previously.
Can anyone help?

If you're looking to revert the UI to the previous model it may not be possible.
