Hard to read ticket amounts since UI change

Recently our JSM layout changed and it's hard for me to read the ticket #'s since they added the "white" background behind them.

I use "dark mode" and have been unable to find where and how to set it back to the way it was previously.

Can anyone help?

If you're looking to revert the UI to the previous model it may not be possible.

Can I turn the new navigation off?

If you’re from the below cohort, you can’t turn off the new navigation:

  • Sites that the new navigation has been fully rolled out to

  • Sites on the Free edition

  • Sites on trial

  • New users who’ve never used the old navigation in their sites before

If the new navigation is available to your site but not fully rolled out yet, you can temporarily turn the new navigation off.

To turn the new navigation on or off:

  1. From the top right corner, select Settings > Personal Jira settings / General settings.

  2. Under Jira Labs, you can toggle the switch for New navigation.

  3. Refresh the page.

Note that you’ll only be able to use the old navigation until we move your team to the new navigation completely.
