Are you struggling with a specific part of the setup?

Please check out the documentation shared by Fazila.

In my experience it should be quite easy:

Make sure Jira and Bitbucket (or other git solution) are linked
Make sure the users have the "View Development Tools" permission in the space's permission scheme
Test by including a Jira work item key in a commit --> the link should become visible on the Jira item
Test a smart commit by including one of the supported smart commit tags like #comment hello or #time 1h
