Seeing if there is a way to group canned responses?
For instance, I have 15 canned responses that all fall within the same type of category, is there a way I can group them into one as well as create other groups for other canned responses?

Currently you only have the option to make them personal or public thus grouping them into one of those distinctions. I was not able to find a feature request for this either so I would suggest submitting one here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa There might be an app in marketplace that provides this functionality.
