Can we create a group of "Organizations" to be able to use in Reports and Automations? We are manually adding the Reporters to the rules at the moment?
There is no built-in concept in Jira to group organizations. An Organization itself is already a concept that groups customers / reporters.
JSM already allows you to set the Organization of a ticket automatically if the reporter belongs to one. So I am quite sure you should be able to:

Thanks for the response. Are you aware of the ability to create groups of Service Desk Customer ("Reporter") as an alternative. Again, so that we can use in both reporting and automation.
