Is it possible too embed a google sheet in the customer portal, where users submit tickets. So, instead of filling in the description they can fill out a formatted sheet?

There is not a way to embed a Google sheet in the customer portal. You can add a link to the sheet and ask them to fill it out in the portal description. If you are on Premium you can also use the new forms feature.
