Is there a way when you create a ticket on Jira via Google Chat (or Slack) that this ticket is created automatically to the relevant project depending on the group chat / channel name or the way they are linked? Also would like for the popup window to fill in all the fields to not appear. Reason for this is the speed of creating tickets will drastically increase if you don't have to fill in these details immediately (especially in a live operations environment)
i.e. on chat write the below: /jira_create No power available in room 102
Then this text to automatically create a ticket with this name without any more details in the project that this channel is linked. Then whenever we have more time to spend on the ticket we will edit the ticket and add more details and fill in the relevant fields.

I'm not sure which Google Chat integration you're currently using but if you're open to using ours this is something we're currently looking into for streamlining ticket creation from Google Chat. You'll be able to define default ticket values for the /jira_create command which then will be used whenever you create new tickets.
