We have a global automation being set-up for a year.
Suddenly it is not working.
Checked the audit log that it did not execute starting from yesterday (05 Jan), even we have the work item matched with the condition: work item being created and unassigned.

@Indy W does not seem related to incoming emails no.
Of course if you have an automation acting on a work item that was created by an email it might bot work because of the incident.
