Global Templates availability in JSM create KB article
I have two Global page templates that are available to all users in my Organization. These work great when working directly in Confluence, but the agents also want to utilize them when in the JSM project and creating a knowledge base article.
Searching for the Global page templates in the KB article creation within the project produces no results.
I'm trying to find some documentation to show if this is even possible, but cannot.
Has anyone tried or done this before?
