Giving minimal access to other departments when my JSM is locked down tight.

Hello,

Our department works with sensitive information so no other departments can see our tickets. All people can do is put in a request and wait for a resolution.

How can I grant access to a Vice President from another department to review a specific request, ensuring its feasibility and permissibility, without providing access to all requests?

Thank you

Hello @[deleted]

You can use the Share option for a ticket within the Service Management portal, or add the Vice President as a Request Participant on the ticket, from the issue details view that Agents can see. That will give the VP access to see the issue in the Service Management portal.
