Getting error while creating an issue

Hi,

while creating an issue I am getting below response what could be the reason here ?

400 - {"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"assignee":"User '606368770a6b3XXXXXXXX' cannot be assigned issues."}}

Anybody here could you please help here ?

@Milan Zadfiya welcome to the Atlassian community

The user can not be assigned to the issue you are creating which means that they do not have the proper permissions on the project.  Check and make sure that they have the permissions needed on the project to be able to be assigned to the issue.
