I used the below code to transition an issue to done programmatically, but I am getting this error " Can't move (<ticketid>). You might not have permission, or the issue is missing required information. If you keep having this problem, contact your Jira Administrator."
It might the case that this transition in your workflow has required fields or some conditional not allowing you to perform the transition. Or even a property blocking/allowing specific users.
