Get the Issue Key / Id in a portal request panel

Is there any way to get the issue key / id when you are on the portal request page of the help center (the page visible by any user), with Forge or the API?

Something just like:

const { platformContext: { issueKey } } = useProductContext();

but unfortunately this only work when you are on the admin page of the issue.
