Do you know of any way or app/plugin that can get information from a Slack channel and automatically update the correspondent ticket/issue directly on Jira?
Example: I have a channel, #customer-name, where my analysts and customers are. The problem or solution from one ticket is discussed in this channel, but the Jira ticket isn't updated with all this discussion. So, I must rely on the "analyst wish" to register everything after the debate.
If possible, I would like to integrate some kind of software to make this an automatic update without being dependent on the analyst's time and wishes.

I guess Atlassian Assist/Chat (Slack marketplace link) would be what you're looking for when it comes to integrations between JSM and Slack (or MS Teams). Here's a short demo of how these two systems can be synced via Assist: Jira Service Management & Slack
Basically, we are talking about the synchronization of data and info such as comments or status changes where customers and agents don't need to leave Slack if they don't want to.
