Get information from Organization Custom Field

Hi Everyone,

One more help, please. 

In Organizations, we create some custom fields to populate with unique information from our customers, like the contract validation period and amount of hours of IT support contracted.

My question is: Is there a way to use/get this information, for example, through JQL?

If I'm not mistaken, there are some functions like organizationDetail() and organizationMembers() that can help you retrieve this information.
