Hi There,

Is there anyway we can get the users who are not actively using the Jira Cloud for the past 5 month in JSM?

Suggestions?

Hi @Rama Krishna ,

If you need this info for internal users:

Click on export users in User Management section and then export users from your JSM access group. You can sort these users based on date in Excel.

For client users(portal-only): Under User Management select "Jira service management" on left panel. Here you can view all active/inactive customers and even export them.

Thanks,

Aditya

Here is a Jira cloud addon developed by my company that allows you to search, filter and bulk delete users:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221764/user-management-by-toros

In addition, it allows you to search for inactive users (users who haven't login in a while) and perform some bulk operation.
