Get 403 error in JIRA SD API

I tried this API to get the status transition of the issue

https://{{domain}}.atlassian.net//rest/servicedeskapi/request/{{issueId}}/status

But I got 403 error code.

error 403 means there's something wrong with the authorization.

You should be using your e-mail address and token.

Are you able to also get the error message? Thank you.
