I would like to generate external mails to our customers using JSM as trigger. For that I want to create a ticket and then add the customer as a request participant. I will want to do this via API.
However now I have noticed, that I can't add non-customers to the "request participants" field.
Apparently there was a checkbox in the past called "Customers can be added by agents" under project settings but that settings doesn't exist anymore. I then went to check all fields that I could find, but I can't resolve this issue.

An agent is able to add customers to the project via the Customer option from the side bar this option is in the main sidebar, not under project settings.
