We have subdivided our incidents and requests into different sub categories.
So for example under Incidents, we have Report a locked account, report broken hardware, report vpn issue etc
Under Service Requests, we have New Starter, Folder access, etc
So my question is, can someone talk me through how to create a custom report which is based off request types which would list not only the numbers, but the ticket number, title, date etc...
For example I may want to run a report on how many incidents of locked accounts have been logged... again these are labelled as such...
Hi @[deleted] - One option would be to create filters for each of the desired categories using "Request Type = xxx" as your base. Then plop those into dashboard(s) leveraging gadgets to get the desired visibility.
Sounds doable... however we are fairly new when it comes to JIRA rerpoting , so a step by step breakdown of how to achieve this would be useful :-)
