Can you confirm that in Jira Service Management Free Plan there is the possibility to manage unlimited customers ?
- Yes, Customers can access the Customer portal and there is no limit on the number of customers who can sign up.
When adding customers , is there also the possibility to set a default language for all customers, i.e. to Italian ?
- You would need to change the default language from the Jira Settings as an admin.
When adding customers , is there also the possibility to set a default password for every customer ?
- Customers would need to sign-up to the email invite they receive, and hence you dont have control on setting default passwords .
