Hi, we are currently using the free Jira Service Management plan, which has a limit of 3 users. I noticed that there is also a limit of 100 emails per day for notifications.
I would like to clarify what happens once we reach this limit.
Will Jira completely stop sending notification emails for the rest of the day?
Will the emails be queued or completely dropped?
Will it affect issue updates, comments, or customer notifications?
We are planning to use the free version for now, and this might impact how we communicate internally and with external users, so any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Philstocks Product Team hope the Jira onboarding is going smoothly.
Mails will be queued and sent once the server limit is reset for the day.
This will affect every e-mail sent by the product, so no e-mails at all will be sent for the rest of the day.
It will affect system notifications :)
