No pedido de solicitação no portal o cliente não consegue compartilhar o chamado com demais pessoas, como observadores. O meu aparece porque sou administradora. Preciso que os clientes também consigam adicionar participantes na abertura do chamado ou após, na edição.
Welcome to the community. I agreed with what @Trudy Claspill suggested to check your project's settings in Project Settings > Customer Permissions > Customer Sharing option.
In addition to her suggestion, you should also check the JSM app's Global settings - System Settings (the clogwheel icon >> Products >> Jira Service Management >> Configuration

Form does not allow adding participants
In the request request on the portal, the customer cannot share the ticket with other people, such as observers. Mine appears because I'm an administrator. I need customers to also be able to add participants when opening the ticket or after editing.
