I'm glad to see forms on JSM. I was wondering if anyone knew when Jira software users will be able to log tickets directly within Jira using the create button using the forms. Previously, the feature was available with the Proforma addon.
Hi @Michael , there has not been any commitment to the when. The only thing I have heard came from A recent lightning talk that indicated it was indeed on the roadmap and they realized it was important to the customer. So I expect it will be delivered just unsure exactly when that might be.
