Format changed

The person that set up the free Jira account left.  On Monday, I went in to use it and the whole paged changed where I can assign and look at what is pending.  I didn't think he could remove it.  Can someone help me try and access the account?

If the person who originally set up your Jira site has left, they wouldn't necessarily have removed the project or your access before leaving. A few things could explain what you're seeing such as changes to permissions, your role or even accessing a different Jira site.

Could you clarify a couple of things?

• Are you still signing in to the same Jira site (the same URL) as before?
• Are you able to see your projects and issues, or does the entire interface look different?
• Has anyone else in your organization confirmed they're seeing the same thing?

If you're on a Jira Free plan and the original site admin has left the company, another site administrator may need to restore your access or transfer the admin role. The more details you can share (including a screenshot with any sensitive information hidden), the easier it will be to identify what's changed.
