Form radio choice "other" New option... field hidden in submitted ticket

When a customer selects "other" they are given a field to submit details. That field isn't viewable when we open the ticket. How do I view the comment?

If it is is the form attached to the issue, then you will need to open the form to look at the comment.

The screenshot above is from the opened form. When we try to view the comment, the red crossed circle appears.
