Form in Customer portal does not submit on mobile browser

Hi Team,

I am using a Form to capture information related to a HR process within the Customer Portal.

Everything works fine on the desktop browser.

When I try and use the web browser on my mobile (Edge or Safari) the Submit button does not do anything.

In edge if I tell it to use the desktop view it appears to work reliably.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Our Mobility for Jira - Portal app (iOS, Android) fully supports Forms. You will need to install the Mobility for Jira add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace. Once the add-on is installed all your JSM clients can use the app. Also we include the Team app which is for Jira Agents and users and more feature rich than the Atlassian app (for example, it also supports Forms). Please try it out.
